Article 1 (Provider of the Program)
The Program is provided by DMC LAB PTE. LTD.
The Company is a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
The Company's address, contact details and other necessary information are made available on the website of the Program or by other means designated by the Company.
Article 2 (Overview of the Program)
The Program enables a User to stake DMCC held by the User, using a smart contract designated by the Company on Ethereum Mainnet, and thereby to receive rewards in DMCC in accordance with the prescribed conditions.
The Program is provided on a non-custodial basis, using a wallet managed by the User.
The Company does not obtain, hold or manage the private key or seed phrase of a User's wallet in connection with the use of the Program.
Staked DMCC is not received, held or managed directly by the Company from the User.
The Program does not guarantee the market price, future value or convertibility of DMCC, or any particular return or quantity of rewards.
Article 3 (Conditions of Use)
A User shall use the Program only after satisfying the following conditions.
The User has agreed to these Terms.
The User is able to use a wallet compatible with the Program at the User's own responsibility.
The User understands the basic mechanics of DMCC, Ethereum Mainnet, wallets and smart contracts.
The User's use of the Program does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to the User.
The User uses the Program at the User's own discretion and responsibility.
Article 4 (Staking Plans)
A User may select any plan from among the several staking plans displayed in the Program.
Each plan has a lock period, a reward weight and other conditions.
The specific conditions of each plan are displayed in the Program before staking is executed.
A User shall review the displayed conditions and select a staking plan at the User's own discretion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, reward weights and other displays do not guarantee any particular quantity of rewards or rate of return.
Article 5 (Execution of Staking)
A User shall select the quantity of DMCC to be staked and a staking plan, and approve the necessary transaction using a wallet managed by the User.
Staking becomes effective at the point when the transaction is successfully completed on the designated smart contract on Ethereum Mainnet.
Before approving a transaction, a User shall verify the network, the token, the quantity, the smart contract address and other details.
Except in cases of the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from a User's operational error, erroneous transfer, connection to an incorrect network or any similar cause.
Article 6 (Lock Period)
Staked DMCC is subject to a lock period corresponding to the plan selected by the User.
After staking has been executed, a User may not release or withdraw the DMCC during the lock period.
The lock period cannot be released, shortened or changed partway through.
After the lock period expires, a User may release the staking by performing the prescribed operation.
Staking is not automatically renewed after the lock period expires.
Even after the lock period expires, release or other prescribed transactions by the User may be required.
Article 7 (Staking Rewards)
Staking rewards under the Program are granted in DMCC.
The rewards a User receives are calculated on the basis of the staked quantity, the lock period, the reward weight, the total staked quantity, the reward pool, participation status and other conditions determined by the Company.
The amount of rewards may vary depending on the staking status of other Users and other factors.
Unless expressly guaranteed, any estimated rewards, interest rates, ratios or other figures displayed in the Program are reference or simulated values and do not guarantee actual rewards.
The reward pool, the Program period, the calculation method and other specific conditions are displayed in the Program.
Article 8 (Operations Required for Rewards to Accrue)
After staking, a User shall perform Subscribe and any other operation specified in the Program as being required for rewards to accrue.
If the required operations have not been completed successfully, rewards may not accrue even though staking has been performed.
A User is responsible for confirming that the User's staking status and the settings and operations required for rewards to accrue have been completed successfully.
Article 9 (Receipt of Rewards)
A User shall receive accrued rewards by performing the prescribed operation in the Program or on the designated smart contract.
Where a transaction on Ethereum Mainnet is required in order to receive rewards, the User shall bear the Gas Fee and any other network fees required.
Due to network congestion, failures or other circumstances, the receipt of rewards or the processing of transactions may take time.
Article 10 (Fees)
Unless otherwise expressly stated, the User shall bear the Gas Fee and any other network fees required for staking, Subscribe, receipt of rewards, release of staking and any other operation on Ethereum Mainnet.
Article 11 (Non-Custodial Model)
The Program is provided on a non-custodial basis, and a User's wallet is managed by the User.
The Company does not hold private keys, seed phrases or other credentials that would enable direct operation of a User's wallet assets.
A User shall manage the User's wallet and its credentials at the User's own responsibility.
The Company will never ask a User to provide a private key or a seed phrase.
Except in cases of the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company shall not be liable for any damage arising from the loss, theft or leakage of a private key or seed phrase, or otherwise attributable to a User's management thereof.
Article 12 (Smart Contracts)
The Program may use smart contracts designated by the Company, or smart contracts and other technical infrastructure provided by third parties.
Before approving a transaction, a User shall verify the legitimate smart contract address displayed in the Program against the destination displayed in the wallet.
By their nature, smart contracts may not permit a transaction, once executed, to be reversed.
A User shall use the Program with an understanding that smart contracts may contain defects, vulnerabilities or other technical risks.
Article 13 (Risks Relating to DMCC and Crypto Assets)
A User shall understand that, in using the Program, at least the following risks exist.

The Company does not guarantee that any particular profit or quantity of rewards will arise for a User from use of the Program.
Except where there are causes attributable to the Company, the Company shall not be liable for any damage arising from Ethereum Mainnet, wallets, smart contracts or other services provided by third parties.
The Company shall not be liable for any damage arising from a User's own operational error, inadequate management of private keys or similar credentials, or any other cause attributable to the User.
